I just had lunch here. Everything was wonderful. I had a BBA Stout that was magnificent! The service was fast, friendly and... knowledgeable. I ordered a hamburger that came with fries. The server asked how I wanted it cooked. I said medium-rare,expecting it to come out medium-well, because most places do it that way. It came out medium-rare and was excellent! The Witch's Hat Brewing Company was much more then I could have excepted. ********** The outside appearance was deceiving to say... the least. Upon entertaining this spacious out of doors restaurant you are surrounded by large windows, large cooking area, agiant menu on the wall and spirits all around. Come make your way through the hallway and then you are dining ???? in a openspace with an amazing bar. The walls are lined with beer mugs ???? from everywhere and anywhere. This magical moment in timejust keeps going. As you walk through the open dining area more doors open to this incredible outdoor like secret gardenhideaway. The waitress was amazingly friendly and offered us a simple food & liquor menus. She came back and we ordered anappetizers and drinks.???? Did I mention she took a party of 5 complete dinner order verbally! PERFECT! Say hello to her if youstop in ???? The drinks were delightful! The Spent Grain Pretzels were so warm and tasty ???? and the melt in your mouth WontonFried Pickles exciting and blissful. Also as a meal the fish and chips were ordered with fries and a side of coleslaw. Thepresentation was perfect and flavor was memorable. ???? The Hat Burger was fetchin too. So delicious and flavorable and cookedto order PERFECT! ???? I just love ?? all of the bar and table ware in this restaurant. OMG....we had an amazing time visitingthis hidden restaurant. Witch's Hat was an excellent experience overall. The beer selection is outstanding. All the ones we tried tasted fantastic. They... do a great job, especially with their sour beer. The food was delicious, particularly for a place that specializes in beer. TheBacon Jam burger was cooked perfectly. I usually don't care for fries, but their fries are fresh and hand cut. They werefantastic. The spelt pretzel was awesome. I'm a big fan of Ezekiel bread and thought they did a great job with that pretzel. Thefried goat cheese was probably the best item we tried. It was amazing. The apple cobbler was excellent. It reminded me ofholiday family gatherings. My only complaint is that the service was a bit slow at times, especially toward the end of themeal. I understand that the restaurant industry is having trouble staffing enough people, so it isn't a huge deal. One of theemployees apologized to me several times about the service. The fact that she acknowledged it was nice and made a hugedifference. I would definitely drive the hour to Witch's Hat again. We enjoyed our time. Read more

This place was great! The staff that I dealt with were both super nice, and the food was so good! I happened to be working on... the area and decided to stop on a whim because I liked the name, definitely worth it. The house cut fries are thiccc and thehouse made black bean burger was the best I've ever had honestly. I don't really drink beer, but they had a HUGE selection oflocal stuff, and I did try the cherry cider (which I wasn't sure I would like) and loved it. If you are in the area for anyreason, definitely check this place out! Both the outdoor and indoor seating is cozy and nice. Read more

Great, varied beer selection. Attentive staff and delicious new menu. Shrimp and grits were very good! August 2022 Fury for a... Feast was awesome. Bourbon barrel aged beers...oh yah.
