Too bad I can't leave 0 stars. Can't do 2 10 piece nugget meals as meals but can charge us more by charging individually for... each item. Talk about ridiculous and making no sense. They've lost all my business. Canceled the order and now can't even leavean accurate review. If you are going to have a fast food restaurant and offer meals, don't feed customers lines of can only doeach item individually. Takes the food out of fast food and only makes the process fast because the customers cancel theorders. Read more

One of the more satisfied visits...I have the app...not sure if I love or hate...tonight before I left my house I added a deal... they advertised I still had more to order but at that point couldn't...so I closed the app because I was driving...got toMcDonald's started my order again..the deal had disappeared from their site..not my phone though. There it was my proof..afterlooking they found the non ordered order had been sitting from when I was first on my phone put it in my bag...no arguments frommanager she made them make fresh food for me...so Bravo Lancaster McDonald's you manager and customer service impressed metonight...sorry about the length.
