Recently had Bayou Catering at an event I attended. This was the 3rd event I have attended they have catered. Each time I have... asked who catered and when told Bayou Catering I was like duh, its so good I should have known. We hosted a crawfish boil at our house this weekend and hired David/Bayou Catering. David is AMAZING! I am from New Orleans... and have been to many crawfish boils. I felt like I was home in NOLA, having the fresh crawfish shipped in from Louisiana andboiled in my backyard. He also brought the BEST Gumbo and Jambalaya ! His food was as good as the top restaurants in NewOrleans!! He even did onsite chargrilled oysters just like Drago's from back home. His wonderful wife helped with the event andthey made it so memorable and special. We all had such a great time. We will definitely work with them again and make this anannual event! Read more

Bayou Catering is absolutely amazing. We hosted a dinner party for 12 people in St Pete and the food was stellar. Items to not... miss include the Gouda Mac and Cheese, Chicken Etouffee, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and the Bourbon Bread Pudding. Picked it uphot and ready to eat on Saturday. The owner David was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Our guests had nothing butcompliments on the food. Will be ordering again! Read more

Ordered Gumbo and cornbread for my husband's surprise 50th party. Was coordinating everything for the party we were having in St... Pete from NY where we live. I was very nervous because my husband's family is from Louisiana and has high standards for Gumbo :)David and his team did not disappoint. Ordering from afar was simple and they were there for all my questions. Food was ready ontime and everyone RAVED about it. Truly knocked it out of the park.
