Ordered a 14oz KC strip steak but received a steak that was less than 10oz, I ordered a medium to rare steak with a lot of pink... ( this is how I described the steak), my steak was VERY well done. When I told the hostess about the obviously under sizedsteak, she simply replied ?it?s 14 oz?s. Actually my steak was given to my Godson and I received his well done steak, the servermiss quoted the steaks as we directed him who got the well done and who got the medium to rare. My Godson was only able to eathalf of his steak (to much pink). Read more
