Took a trip out to spurts Richmond hills to try some Guyanese dishes at Nest , it was my first time visiting this restaurant and... I was definitely pleased with my service and the food. I had the chicken fried rice platter and the jerk chicken wontons andhonestly speaking it was amazing. I?ve never had wontons before so it was my first time and I really enjoyed it. The vibes waswelcoming, the food very well done, you can taste the seasoning and the richness of the spice . To sum up my visit . I reallyhad a good time . If you haven?t visited them as yet. A staple Guyanese Chinese restaurant in the Queens area. We?ve been coming to Nest since I was a kid and continue to come back... every time we visit. Some of the best things to order include the lamb black pudding, pepper shrimp (low mein or rice), garlicchicken fried rice, and chicken fried rice. Portions easily feed 2 people per order! Read more
Ordered takeout today which included 7- Flavor Che Chi Kai Chicken and Pepperlicous Chicken. When I got home and began eating I... realized it was fish instead of chicken. I wish I could say this place was great BUT, my family and I almost broke ALL our teeth eating the chicken Fried rice. The... chicken WITH bone was chopped and cooked into the food. The fish soup almost choked us because of the bones. It's impossible toenjoy food WITH KILLER BONES. I gave 2 stars because the fried salmon was ok. The dhal was so light and thin.
