Came here when it was just a food truck. Had some really tasty tacos. Totally happy they now have a new locale here. The staff... is friendly and welcoming. The tacos are still amazing and delicious, and now the cocktails and beer selection has expanded!Really happy to have this business in the area! Read more

My brother and I had a wonderful camping trip with friends and on the way back needed a bit. We had already stopped for burgers... but the menu at Carlita's was too inviting. After having their carnitas tacos topped with the freshest jalapenos, I couldn'twait to let them know how good their food was. AWESOME! Read more
I'm from southeast Michigan so I have a lot of exposure to really good, authentic Mexican food that is loved by Mexicans and... non-Mexicans alike. Vermont has generally disappointed me with Mexican food so of course I REALLY want to love the food here asmuch as everyone else; however, every time I order something from here it's under salted to the point where it's hard to tastethe spices. To have seasoning issues like this is frustrating when the prices are as high as they are. They're relatively new sohopefully things turn around and if they do, I'll update my review. Read more
