If I could give a 0 stars I would. Went and ordered 4 fries and some cheese sauce and never received them. WSP Arby's used to be great! Not any longer. My order is NEVER RIGHT. This last time they not only gave me the wrong and a... cheaper sandwich but one less and wrong cherry turn over. I regularly buy food from there. The staff is always friendly. They were super busy this afternoon. My chicken sandwiches took... some time to be ready. I was NOT bothered by waiting, but the manager gave me additional shake and a free meal card forwaiting, which was a total surprise. I was waiting longer in other fast food places on Robert street. Unbelievable their dinning room isn't open due to staffing but yet they've got 2 employees that can just stand around inside... laughing and joking.
