Got the wrong food. The cashier had no personality. The food was cold. The food was half wrapped.
The Southside location is a train wreck! The one guy working drive thru at the food window on Oct 5 @3:15 pm, had to be told by... another employee not to yell at her several times, and another employee was hateful and yelling as well. Dirty floors with foodlaying all over the kitchen area. It's like the tower of babble in there, with nobody understanding what's going on.Terrible. The hatefulness and yelling has to stop though, or you are going to lose a lot of business. A lot of the customersnoticed the same thing and we all was looking at each other, like..WOW! I typically choose McDonald?s when grabbing fast food. Although, I have never experienced such rude and condescending service in... my entire life. The drive thru refused to accept the code for my order along with telling me I would just have to deal with it.Now, I would have just paid the full price if she would have nicely explained they had already totaled the order. Instead ondemanding I pull up it was too late. Not sure if I will use this location for good while. Read more
