This weekend was my first visit to this location. It will also be my last. My coworker and I brought in two individuals with... special needs around 2pm. We stood there for approximately 45-60 seconds while the hostess stared at our individuals. She nevergreeted us. My coworker spoke to her first and simply said, there?s 4 of us. She walked me and my individual to the table, (theother went to the restroom), and continued to stare at him as if he was on display. I was upset at this point, but didn?t sayanything. We got up to go to the bathroom and coming back, she was once again fixated on him and staring intently at him. He maynot have noticed, but I did. I asked her to ?please stop staring at him?. She said ?I?m sorry?. She knew she was guilty. I wasvery uncomfortable and very disheartened. I ordered an appetizer and ended up taking it home. I lost my appetite due to theignorance of this employee. She was so much more interested in making us uncomfortable, staring and not even greeting us when wewalked in, like we were beneath the rest of the guests because their needs. I will never return to Applebee?s and will share myexperience with all of my friends, colleagues and social media as well. Teach this employee about diversity and inclusion. Read more

My wife and I just ate at the Southampton store. It was very good, especially the bartender very nice. One bad thing, my wife's... steak the 6 oz sirloin was so fatty as to be mostly inedible.She will never complain, so I am. My steak was great. I asked herto complain but she never will. Read more
My expierence at this Applebees wasn't the best. At first when we walked in, the hostess was friendly and sat us at a clean... table. But, it quickly went downhill once our server who I will leave anoynmous came. He was extremely pushy! The moz sticks myfamily ordered as our appitizer was good. But, when the food came our server stared at my family and I eat the entire time. Thepasta dishes my family ordered were stale and not good. The steak dish was good though! Our server kept coming to the tableevery few minutes which got annoying, and insisted on giving us new beverages when we didn't want or need it. We were in themiddle of eating while our server was rushing a check to the table, and trying to grab our dishes while there was still food,and didn't ask if we were finished. We didn't need boxes as we told him, but he forced the boxes. Food was way overpriced forwhat we ordered! I am not coming here again.
