Called to place an order and was put on hold, waited about 8 minutes and decided to drive up there instead still on hold. Went... in no other customers there, placed my order while on hold for 15 minutes. Eventually the phone hung up. The place wasn?t evencrowded just 2 of us. Girl at front counter needs some customer service training. It took "forever" just to get one order of 6 wings. Only one other... customers was in the store.. French fries were so greased soaked you couldnt even eat them. Won't be back, dont waste the gas,not that good. Read more

I went by the menu online and when I called to make an order I was charged $15 additional dollars. The music that was playing... had so much vulgar language. I was offended. I also was told my overpriced food would be ready in 20-25 minutes and I had toprepay over the phone. My food was not ready when I arrived 45 minutes later.
