We are new to the area and have been looking for a good Mexican food spot. I think we found it at El Agave in Southaven. We... have been there a few times now. Each time I have had two beef enchiladas and one taco. It's a build your own combo. And eachtime it was delicious. My wife tends to have different items each time but she is always happy. The place usually seems busybut they seat you right away, and the food comes out quick, hot and tasty. We'll keep going back! Read more

I grabbed takeout (chicken, cheese, and rice) Daphne was working at the to-go counter this evening and she gave exceptionally... polite and knowledgeable service. She is the type of employee that provides a good representation of the company. FYI: they stoptaking to-go orders over the phone at 9:30pm, so if you are paying cash it's best to come into the restaurant and place theorder at that time. Read more

My friend and I went here for her birthday dinner. We decided to come here for the first time. We ordered a classic margaritas.... They were good. The service was great. The street tacos were delicious. My friend didn't like the nachos. She was expecting morequeso dip than shredded cheese. The server didn't offer to change it and insisted it would be an extra charge for queso. Themenu pricing isn't bad, but every thing is an extra charge or separately charged... we would just stick to our regular cantinaspots.
