The burgers and fries are ok. They kinda taste like a McDonald?s burger just bigger. There are better burger places like freddys... or wayback burgers. Staff was nice and place was clean. Read more
Curbside was wrong. Called and was told to come back and my food would be able to have the manager on duty take care of it. Came... in and he took my receipt to ?get my order?. After waiting nearly 15 minutes I see & hear one of the workers tell the others inthe kitchen to stop making THEIR OWN FOOD because there are customers waiting on orders. How is management and ownershipallowing their workers to get orders to themselves before 6+ customers wait in the lobby for their food?? Almost an hour later,I finally received my correct order. I have all but given up on fast food in the Memphis area. This Whataburger location may have just won me back over... though! Keshun R, assuming the name on my receipt is correct, provided what is easily the best customer service I've everexperienced in the Memphis area. The experience was refreshing and friendly like nothing I've experienced before. So far all the food has been correct and its moderately fast, but we'll see how it is once they've been open longer. Quality,... freshness and friendliness is everything! I've been there once alone and another picking up food for the family... they enjoyedit! I just hope it continues ???? Read more
