The greatest restaurant experience I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying! From the second I walked into the doors here, I... felt like family. This meal was truly one of life?s sacred treasures. All the staff should be flown to an all-inclusive resortannually for their efforts. Enough cannot be said about their knowledge of the menu, their ability to facilitate the needs ofthe customer, or just the general likability of the entire staff. I recommend this Steakhouse. The staff and crew were very polite. My waitress was fast and courteous. I had the Flo?s Fillet,... fries garden salad and the french onion soup. The cut of beef was excellent, all of the ingredients were great but the soup andsalad came at the same time. The soup was warm but not hot and that?s what you?d expect from a baked soup. The entrée came toosoon after the soup and salad and I ate the steak before the salad. I think the employee turnover rate is high and they arealways training sous-chefs and delivery servers causing some small deviations like this that can be overlooked. Read more

The appetizers were perfect temp, and just what we needed. The server was attentive and quick, and wonderful about our big... party. The food was delicious and precise. The seating arrangement could have been better, but the area for larger groups wasoccupied. Server was also helpful and understanding (and did I mention quick?) about combining some checks and separating someothers. Remember to tip your servers cash whenever possible.
