I've been coming to this location (Southfield) and the Birmingham location. I really like both. The Southfield location I... frequent more often and I've only had one issue and the staff fixed it right away. I really appreciated that. My smoothies havebeen perfect! I also purchased a salad a few times and they were delicious! I think they have a very nice, customer-focusedstaff and they are always pleasant. I ordered online while sitting in the parking lot. My order said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I saw them make at least 6... smoothies for walk ins. I went in after store cleared out and they hadn't even started on my order. FYI people who order onlineare in a rush or don't want to stand inside long. if I could give 0 stars I would. order took god knows how long i left after 45 mins of waiting becuase I had somewhere to be and... I was still late with no food. so avoid this location if you are in any sort of a hurry or if u have time management at all.workers r all oblivious to what?s going on and so rude if u ask them anythjg. not to mention the guy doing the sandwiches wasmoving in the speed of a snail. there were at least 20 people in the store waiting for their food and everyone was mad. I ordered the Turkey Dijon Club wrap. Although that was the only item I ordered, it still took over 20 minutes before I got my... order. It was pretty empty inside the store (me and 2 other guests) so I wasn't expecting to wait that long. The wrap wouldhave been perfect if they hadn't bombarded it with red onions. They were literally in all the hidden crevices of the wrap. Ispent most of the time picking most of the onions out. Next time, I will order online and tell them to hold the onions. Read more
