Stopped by this location around 9am. I stopped in the restroom to wash my hands before eating. The restroom was DISGUSTING! As I... was leaving the restroom I began looking around and noticed that the entire establishment was FILTY. The floors were dirty. I have been going to the Telegraph and 10 mile location for about 3 days because it is close to my parents home and I was only... visiting for a few days. The first day my coffee and breakfast were perfect the young men in the store were very accomodating,friendly and seemed to want me to have a good experience. The second and third day were terrible. The older gentleman barelyused creamer and my coffee tasted burnt as well. He never smiled, he seemed bothered by any requests that I made to try to makethe coffee taste better. As for the breakfast sandwich he cut one slice of bacon in half and that was that! He seems somiserable and I am assuming that he is the owner and he is very stingy with the menu items that make people love Dunkin Donuts. The bathroom was not kept clean either. I gave this location three trials and the last two were total fails. If I could give4-5 stars for my first visit and 0 stars for the last two, I would. I will never come back to this location again.
