The store has a dual drive through but only one person taking orders. As a result, three cars from the other lane were processed... before we were allowed to place our order. When we got to the window to pay, we asked for a receipt and were told we would getit at the next window with our food. At the next window, we were told they were out of something we had already paid for andwere offered a cheaper substitution. We were then told to pull forward because our 4 tiny/ simple sandwich order wasn'tfinished. 10 minutes later, they shoved food through our window. Every time I mean every time that I have come here the employees are so RUDE. Yesterday was the last straw when I asked for an... adult happy meal and the young lady had the biggest attitude saying y'all don't have it. I'm not sure how the screening processis for hiring here but your customer service is terrible. Zero stars would be given to this rating if I could. If I could give this McDonald's zero stars I would. To be clear this is the location on Northwestern Hwy in Southfield MI. Many... times either they're out of items, your order is wrong, or you're waiting forever for what is suppose to be "fast food." Andsometimes all 3 issues apply! They are absolutely terrible!!! The staff is some of the most incompetent people ever, and I'mbeing nice. I drive out of my way to a different location just to avoid the issues at this location. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to and I don?t understand why the workers that are employed there are even showing... up. Everybody at this restaurant seems to make there own times of when the place closes. Multiple times I?ve came and sat at thescreen and waited, I drove up tonight and knocked on the window and a women said they were closed and they close at 930 andextremely rudely. But here on google it says the store is open 24 hours. If your closed turn the lights off clearly these peopleare making the hours sitting in the store getting paid and not doing anything or serving customers. Should be shut down. Read more

I don?t like writing bad reviews but it?s been going on way too long. This is for the facility on Northwestern hwy in... Southfield, mi. I don?t anything negative to say about the employees because honestly they?re the ones keeping this placegoing. The food is horrible!! This is to the owner of this particular one. Buy new grills, machines so that employees can cookthe food properly. Invest in this facility or close it down. When you operate at low quality it displays in your product. Read more
