The inside was moving a lot faster than the drive thru. Their prices were kinda high for what the menu was looking like, and... the menu had shrunk considerably. Nowadays you get less food for more money. They have a 5 piece special which they don't botherto mention if you don't ask. Read more
My group ordered through the app. The food itself is always good. There were issues when I picked the order up. I waited in the... lobby for 30 minutes then after discussing with others waiting in the lobby I decided to try the drive through. At least therewas communication at the drive through that was not happening in the lobby. When the order was finally given to me I made surethe order was there. I did not realize all the chicken was breast. A whole lot of chicken breast. I did not complain but many ofus missed the dark meat. I think there should be an area where orders can be claimed in the lobby if an order has already beenpaid for. Read more
Unfortunately, another bad experience with the 12 Mile/Telegraph location. After another long wait in the drive through, I... requested the "surf n turf" with cornmeal battered shrimp and chicken sandwich. They didn't have the shrimp but offered popcornshrimp instead. They also didn't have any chicken sandwiches but offered tenders instead. And here's the kicker, they didn'thave any Coke so I got orange drink instead. Couldn't believe they didn't have ANYTHING I wanted. Not the first time this hashappened at this and other nearby locations. You wait in the drive thru line to be told it?s cash only. If you have cash they tell you it?s exact change only. If you want to... use your card you have to go inside.
