Well above average you buy and we fry restaurant. Order ahead will lessen the wait for your food. Have a couple tables and... fountain drinks (Pepsi products ????). Very large shrimp so the price of the fried shrimp is worth the cost. Cod's battercoating is just the right thickness. Hush puppies are a little over priced because how small they are and how many you get butalmost as good as those legionary Long John's Silver. Will be back. Read more

Food is great, but I don?t believe it is worth the wait. I visited on 8/12 and placed an online order that was supposed to be... ready in 20 minutes. It actually took approximately 55 minutes before i got my order, which required me to wait in therestaurant, something I tried to avoid. The wait was hard to understand since I only ordered fish, fries, and hush puppies.There were only two gentlemen working at the time. When my order finally came up, there was no explanation on the delay until Iasked what happened. It was something like the online system was new and inaccurate, walk in orders, and grub hub all tookpriority. Honestly, I did not feel valued as a customer. I did not know how to cancel my order and receive a refund which is whyI waited on my food. I am not sure if I will go back anytime soon until I hear or read reviews that they are capable ofpreparing food in a timely manner. Read more
It was our first time ordering from there. I?m sooo glad I did. I ordered the fried chicken and my son ordered chicken tenders... and Mac and cheese. The fried chicken was the best that I?ve tasted in a long time. It was crispy on the outside and juicy onthe inside. The pieces were huge! My son loved his Mac and cheese as well as the chicken tenders. He?s bummed that he onlyordered 5 tenders. The service was perfect, the restaurant was clean. I only have 1 complaint. The small corn on the cob for2.99 is like a third of an ear. For that price, you?d expect a few of the little cobs. The corn tasted good once I rubbed offthe coating and all of the salt. Even though the corn was a horrible deal and it?s shameful that they charge that much for 1/3of an ear of corn, the chicken was so delicious and a pretty decent price for 5 large pieces we?ll definitely be back. Reading all of these positive reviews, I can?t help but be confused. The service was nice but this was probably the worse... chicken i?ve ever had.
