This location is the worst one. I alway have problems with peoples attitudes. My kids want Tim hortons like five days out of the... week. I just so happened had to go to this one this morning. I could not hear the person through the speaker which I kepttelling her. She caught an attitude. I tried to go inside doors are locked. I pull to the window and Al?s if I can order becauseI couldn?t hear her. She says she just took four orders fine and she can?t take an order from the window. I said but I couldn?thear you and asked for a manager. She said to someone I wanted to talk to one then she says she?s the manager and she couldn?thelp me. She was so snotty and now I know why their doors are locked I?m sure a lot of people get mad trying to order somethingand catching attitudes and having zero customer service. If people don?t know how to act maybe they shouldn?t be in customerservice positions. Read more
worst staff ever. I get an Iced french vanilla cappuccino literally every single from tims but this location gave me a whole... different drink that had no taste (tastes like water with ice cubes) when i saw the drink, i said "is this iced cap?" and sheRUDELY said "that is an iced cap, have a good day" and closed the window on my face even tho i still had food left to be given.i had to knock on the window to get the rest of my food. also gave me the wrong cream cheese in my bagel. absolutely disgustingbehavior. Literally the definition of Trash. This is the second Tim Hortons at the location and somehow this is worse. It?s cash only at... weird and random times but when I added something on since they took a item off had no issue paying with card then. Purelaziness pores from this establishment.
