We went here around 9pm and they were a tad busy. We thought that it would be faster to go inside versus the drive thru. We were... WRONG!! We waited over 20 minutes to get our food after we did the ordering on the self ordering screen. I was a tad bitdisappointed that they had gotten rid of the chili cheese burrito. DO NOT"! GO TO THIS TACO BELL! Their customer service is horrible. I went through their drive thru and asked for the 12 pack of... soft tacos. I asked the person at the window are they soft tacos? The lady Tracy told me yes. She said she even watched themwrap them. When I got home, sure enough they were hard shelled tacos. When opened the hard shell tacos there was FOUR PIECES ofMEAT! in each taco! I PAID EXTRA FOR FOUR Pieces OF MEAT! And they were Not even soft shell! The wait was crazy. Some people waited an hour and a half for their order. Others orders were lost. I waited almost an hour.... Supposedly, short staffed that you can't place an order with an actual person. You have to us the kiosk. I ordered 4 beanburritos. 2 burritos wit no onion and extra cheese.
