I walked into this chipotle and I noticed an employee was ordering her food in uniform as I was next in line. After the... employees finished their conversation a good 6 minutes later it was my turn. I noticed there was no white rice left so I assumedthere would be another batch coming out. I was wrong, the employee informed us there would be no white rice being made. Now Iknow chipotle makes fresh batches until closing time. This store just seems like a hangout spot so I will not be visiting thislocation again. Sadly it was my favorite location. Oh well. Spent $99.76 for delivery. was missing a burrito, made a small side of Guac instead of the large. Opened the bowls while I was... inside of the store because I had a hunch they messed that up too. I was correct. The employees did give us the food. (Thank godbecause I wasn?t leaving without it) they?re sloppy and don't know how to read labels clearly. I can?t wait for the Bristolstore to open. I?ve ordered from this place multiple times and they?ve been good with my order. Unfortunately this wasn?t giving at all... especially the second time this occurred. I usually order through the Chipotle app and when I got there maybe a couple minutesafter a time was promised. The employees seemed new where they were not paying attention to the orders or what they weredoing. I waited 5-10minutes after an employee asked for my name. I received my order and went home, as I opened my bowl severaltoppings were missing like my *guacamole, *cheese, *tomatillo- green chili salsa and the *portion was too small like I barelysee any rice when I requested extras. I ordered the Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl White Rice (Extra), Guacamole ($2.85), RoastedChili-Corn Salsa (Extra), Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, Sour Cream (Extra), Cheese, Pinto Beans (Light) Of course I went throughthe app chat with pepper and customer rep; they took care of it.
