Tried to stop there at 8:30 one evening to get a donut and use the bathroom and the door was locked.
Good coffee, but lowest caffeine content of all major coffee shops ie Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King ect.
Usually, the experience is very good. Today, however I was waiting for my food at the drive through (receipt posted with today's... date) and they were training new people today, which I totally understand and wasn't even mad for waiting. However, as themanager was telling the new trainee what he was doing today, he asked him what I was waiting for, as I was parked outside thewindow. So I told them I was waiting for the jelly donut, which is on my receipt because I ordered and paid for it. The managerresponds with "they've been waiting there just for a jelly donut" as if he was annoyed that I was sitting there waiting for thefood I ordered. It shouldn't matter what I'm waiting for. I paid for it and was waiting for it. It wasn't in anyway my faultthat I was waiting for it; I hadn't gotten it. Like I said, usually this place is really good. Today was not, and if this isgoing to be a continued experience, I might go to one of the ten other dunkins in town, because this was so stupid. I'm pretty much a regular and every single time I come here they always manage to mess up my order. 15 to 20 mins to wait... inside for a mobile order multiple times. Or items aren't available so they just don't get made and I have to wait till I saysomething before I get my order!!! I don't understand how there are so many people working on orders but the lack ofcommunication....you're better off on N. Main St!!! Read more
