I like this place. Food was great. Had the family platter. Got to try just about everything and it was more than 4 adults... could eat. I like the Slaw and corn bread and Mac more than Que. I think the atmosphere is more relaxed "family bbq" than Que. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. The only negative was the kielbasa was too salty for me. Definitely coming back. Read more
Smokin' with Chris is a great BBQ with a surprisingly large menu. They have standard BBQ items like ribs, burnt ends, and pulled... pork, but they also have more surprising items like jambalaya, Shepherd's pie, and chili (yes chili as an entree, not anappetizer). I went with a group and tried four or five different items they were all extremely good! I would recommend them overmany other BBQ places, especially with the group as our order came out extremely quickly. They also have some great mixed drinksto choose from, and all of the serving staff we talked to were extremely knowledgeable on the different cuts of meat and itemson the menu, which is actually somewhat rare for many of these barbecue places. I am here on business from the UK and smokin with chris was recommended to me by a colleague and i absolutely love this... restaurant. The staff are really friendly, nice choice of beer and the food is amazing. Oh and they even sell tshirts andhoodies. The food is such great value for money and the beef falls off the bone. 'Yabba Dabba Doo' is my favourite and i'venever seen or eaten a cut of meat so big and tasty. Also the chips are so good and remind me of home and they have amazingcheesecake. We came here (admittedly a little late!) not realizing it was so close to closing, but they handled our party swiftly and... professionally. The service was awesome, and the food and drinks were amazing. The yabba dabba doo is a winner. Read more
