We paid for extra chicken, didn't get extra chicken (see pic). Also, the order was submitted online but wasn't ready or being... worked on when we came in although there were no other customers in the restaurant. The lady working at the front was too busytalking to her friends in the back to realize when an online order came in. Not a great first impression. Read more
We were excited to see another fresh food place to try. The team of 2 workers on a Sunday lunch time was trying hard, but... struggled to give a good experience. Several details amounted to a not good experience, but not sure how much was the fewnumber of workers and how much was due to systems that could be improved. First time in today while I was in Southlake and was pleasantly surprised! All the meals had huge portions. I wish I could have... gotten a salad half that size because I hate waisting so much of my food, but the portions are very generous! I ordered theSouthwest Salad and it had an explosive flavor that was very unique compared to anything else I have had. The restaurant wasclean and really love their menu! Very "cool"! Unique atmosphere, like the healthier approach, but the combinations of ingredients are odd in some cases. Vegans... don't really have much choice ironically in this place. Vegetarians not as challenging, but still so. I will say the staff wasgreat (Anaya?) was very friendly and eager to learn more about challenges having with certain ingredients in menu items. Helpedwithout hesitation to make some odd swap requests to keep an item on the vegan scale. If menu catered a bit more to V/Vg Iwould give 5 stars! Our Food: Harvest Wrap w/ Fresh Fruit - excellent wrap, filling and Fruit was good quality and combo. Ifyou love figs you'll likely love this wrap! Spicy Avocado Crunch Sandwich w/ Chipotle Corn - subbed cheese for Curry Couscous -good yummy sandwich, but needed more Avocado to be called Avocado Sandwich. Corn was really good, but beware does have a lot ofFeta cheese in it. Miso Power Bowl (to go) - had this for dinner next day and was very good and filling. Great combinationactually. Easy to just dump dressing in container, put lid on and shake, ready to go! Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie - soft,thick almost like a sweet bread. Yummy and different. Peanut Butter Energy Bites - had these for dessert next day. Very goodand filling, although after bite into they do get a bit crumbly.
