This dinner was probably the perfect example of a 4.5 rating as it was a nearly perfect meal. The service throughout was... amazing, especially for a restaurant that has only been open for a short while.\n\nOur apps were all super tasty with a good mixof flavors. The Smoked Hamachi Carpaccio stood out the most from this dishes as the smoky flavor paired really well with thejalapeños and soy mustard sauce in the dish. The roll we ordered was solid, but more on the unspectacular side ofthings.\n\nThe real issue we ended up having was with the nigiri portion of our meal. All of our fish based options wereperfect, especially their very generous portion sizes. The wagyu nigiri, though, was awful. And unfortunately that was the casefor 3 different pieces - none of which we were able to actually consume due to the meat being bad (too chewy, bad cut, etc). Thestaff was very apologetic about the issue and actually provided us with all three of their desserts to make up for it. And thatdefinitely allowed us to end our meal on a high note. The Ube Mille Crepe Cake was one of the best desserts I?ve ever had, whilethe Frozen Strawberry Mousse and Yuzu Cheesecake were both amazing options as well. All in all, I?d def come back, but wouldhave to rethink my choices on the actual sushi itself (while leaving plenty of room for dessert!). Read more

The retail salesman in banana republic recommended Nikko from all the other restaurants in the area. He said it?s a new... restaurant but the food is amazing, so we had to go and check it out. The vibe is relaxing with classical music playing. Thedecore is cozy and inviting. The dishes are all exquisite and delightfully fresh with bursts of flavors in every delicate bite. The cocktails are executed to perfection. The staff are well educated on the dishes and drinks and the customer service isexcellent. Highly recommend! Read more

Everything was out of this world but my favorite was the ceviche roll and the salmon roll. I LOVED the Emerald cocktail and the... ambiance! I will say I wish the tables were a little comfier but that?s not what I go to restaurants for. I am a picky sushireviewer and I have to say this was such a delight! I can?t wait to go back again!!! Love love loved it here!\n\nThe ambiance, the decor, everything was great! The booths are perfect for a date night.\n\nWe... started off with the Hot Tasting section of the menu ordering scallop, wagyu dumplings, and wagyu hot rock. Let me just sayI\'ve never been a fan of scallops but this experience has changed that! Absolutely delicious.\n\nThe smoked Hamachi carpacciowas a last minute item that absolutely blew our minds. The flavor profile was heavenly and I\'ve never experienced something sodelicious, which explains why we ended up with two orders.\n\nFor the rolls we went with a crab roll, spicy crunchy roll, salmonroll, ceviche roll, and 2 orders of Battera Sushi roll.\nThe Battera was an absolute show stopper. I feel like everyone shouldhave their own order because each piece is different and absolutely delightful.\n\nNot only is the menu here delicious but theyalso have a great bar with specialty food drinks featured on their menu.\n\nI can\'t wait to go back!
