Quality of drinks was subpar. Grateful the staff were quick to make the drink a second time, but the flavor was maybe better

Sad to say this was a pretty poor experience and I won?t be back anytime soon. When I walked in I noticed that the drink... refrigerator had an out of order sign on it, I thought nothing of it and ordered an avocado toast and a hot tea (yeah I know Iam basic af). I walked back to use the restroom, and found that the men?s room had a sign on it that said out of order. Noworries, the other one is available but then discovered that the lock on the handle didn?t seem to work. Felt like a pattern wasdeveloping. When I got back to the dining room, the employee told me that the oven was not working, so he couldn?t make mytoast. I told him that was ok, I would just take the oatmeal. As he was making it I noticed several bunches of bananas they usefor smoothies and thought that it would be nice to have one with the oatmeal, so when he brought me the oatmeal I asked if Icould have one and he replied that he couldn?t sell me one. Really? After you made me change my order you can?t give me a pieceof fruit? In the immortal words of Lucille Bluth, ?it?s one banana Michael what could it cost, 10 dollars?? Read more

My husband and I have tried Pure Cafe three times. We want to love it as it is a good location after shopping, it has many... healthy options, fresh food, and it?s a great concept. Sadly each visit has been a little worse for us. It?s The service is soso. No smiles, no thank you, one thin napkin for three items, both employees seemed like we interrupted them by ordering. We letthat slide as it?s a casual cafe and they were young. We have tried wraps, bowls, sandwiches, and smoothies. This time myhusband ordered a tuna sandwich but they were out of tuna. He ordered the turkey panini and said it was average with too muchsauce (if you like that). I ordered a tropical bowl but they were out of pineapple so I ordered the açaí bowl. I love açaíbowls-this was probably my 200th++ bowl. It was the worst tasting one I have ever had. My husband felt the same about the SuppedUp Berry smoothie. Maybe it had expired? Maybe other customers love extremely sour odd tasting açaí? I ended up eating thegranola and the fruit off of the top. When I got home I added more frozen fruit, but it was still sour and maybe rancid tasting.I added peanut butter and that helped. I topped it w more fresh fruit and melted peanut butter and I was able to eat 1/3 of ituntil I gave up. I hate giving bad reviews. This may be a good place for some, but it is not the place for us. The juices are freshly made when you order them. However I bought an Avocado BLT sandwich and all the avocado was completely... brown. It is not freshly made. Disappointing. Read more
