The pizza here is incredible !! Old world pizza is the best pizza ever!!!! The best pizza is Long Island NY pizza!! The owners... are from NY. I spoke to Natalie who was a sweetheart. She told me what to get her recommendations. My husband told his coworkers he will bring them back pizza. I said why bring them back cold pizza ???? order a couple pies from here!!!! We love this place. Only gets 4 stars because sometimes they are too busy, and the staff gets overwhelmed, and small mistakes... get made. Onwers and staff are very nice, food is delicious, and establishment is always clean. We eat take out from here aboutonce a month. Read more
Food is amazing. Got there vodka sauce pizza and it was perfect. It was cooked just right and nothing was over bearing. Their... wings are really good aswell and they have a huge variety of options. Staff was nice and friendly upon picking up. Would highlyrecommend this place to anyone in the area looking for specialty food. There's always something new and interesting to try. We have eaten here many times and often bring family here for great food and beverages. But the most recent visit was nothing... short of a nightmare. The incorrect order was transcribed by the hostess answering the phone, therefore the incorrect order madeby their kitchen, and after a 50 minute wait, the incorrect order served to and paid for by us. We did not realize this untilafter leaving with the food. We played phone tag, were talked over, told the error was our fault, got regailed over how theirfood is made. We got asked "are you a regular customer?" and "well, did you eat the food?" and "the hostess is new and fromNorway and has a hard time understanding things." Very bizarre, very shocking, very unprofessional. Two options SHOULD HAVEbeen presented upon informing the restaurant of the error: A. We will remake your food IMMEDIATELY (we were told to wait 1 hourfor a remake) or B. We will refund your order completely to encourage a revisit from a repeat customer. To add insult toinjury, the owner offered a "gift card" for less than what we paid, not including tip and taxes. We had to fight for it to coverfood+taxes, but still no tip. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. With the cost of food, labor, living, taxes, andeverything rising, we are ALL forced to cut out the non-necessities, especially if a business lacks value, both monetarily andethically. All this time and effort over a hostess incorrectly transcribing our order to their kitchen. I almost wish I didn'tsay anything, and I bet they do too. Read more
