Need to change staff. Time and time again with this McDonald?s. They either don?t get the order right or they don?t give you the... items you ordered. You?re honestly better off driving toward the canyon McDonald?s. Better food quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more

Worst curbside service of any McDonald's I've been to! 1st time it was super busy but shouldn't have taken 45minutes, 2nd time... was 30minutes. I've had to call twice and ask what the hell!? This McD?s is on the way home, so we have stopped multiple times over the last couple years. Every single time the wait was more... than 20 minutes, including when we only had one person in front of us. One time I waited over an hour and the line was only 8cars deep (only to be told that they had never taken my order and that I had to go inside, reorder, and wait?what!!??!) Theyare slow, the orders are almost always wrong, and the inside is filthy. Today was the last straw, never again. I?ll be drivingten minutes out of my way to go to a different location, and I can guarantee I will still get my food faster than if I hadstopped here. I can think of a couple of other restaurants that I thought were bad ..this location, almost bumping this one straight to the #1... spot on the bad list. I've never waited in McDonald's drive -thru long just to get the order wrong and we'll the food was coldand they only had rubbery chicken. Very frustrating. I will not be visiting this location anytime this year or even next. Read more
