Love how consistently & thoroughly they are trained on gluten-free protocols!! They are well-educated and kind and friendly when... you ask and never act put-out to change gloves. Food always delicious and service outstanding. We were welcomed as soon as weentered and given big smiles from all. This is my favorite spot to stop on travels to from Wasatch front area. I've never had apoor experience here. A++ Read more

I never leave reviews, but serving soup that's nearly solid is bad service. I wish I had been told they didn't have soup so I... could have ordered something else. Instead I wasted money on a clump of soup that is so salty I can't even eat it. Read more

I love writing reviews with a positive experience! ???? There was a small wait time for my takeout order which is not a big deal... at all. The Manager Josh had exceptional customer service skills. Offered to accommodate me while I waited & then promptly gotto making my order. Dante was the takeout worker & also greeted me upon walking in & checked to see if my order was doneimmediately after. Well done in the customer service department. Thank you guys for making my day a little better by having goodcustomer service skills. Read more

Let me begin by saying I have had Costa Vida in their Orem location. I was not impressed at that location. Orem was dirty and... I thought cheap. As for Spanish Fork location it was clean and the staff was extremely helpful, nice and cheerful. I cannot sayenough about how accommodating the staff was. As for the food. I ordered a shredded beef burrito. It was filled with morebeans and rice than beef. It seems and cost continue to climb companies are cutting back on protein and are feeding more carbs. I would prefer they allow me to pay for the protein by the gram. They charge by the gram in other countries and it seems towork out well. You pay for what you ask for. Not what comes on the menu and then the managers ask the staff to cut back inthe expensive protein and feed the carbs to the clients. Overall my experience was good. But I still wonder where the shredded beef was in the burrito? Read more

It?s frustrating I have to write a bad review because we love costa and have come for YEARS! But the Spanish fork location... really has dropped the ball. Last time they didn?t give me a tortilla in my salad? and this time they didn?t give us 2 cinnamontortillas with the kids meals which was basically why my daughter even wanted to eat there In the first place!! Our reg chipswas half full and I?m just super disappointed right now. Get better training with all these young kids so I can get what Iordered please. All this was through the drive thru! Read more
