This is the second time that these employees got my order wrong. I was just there around 6 pm and they got my order wrong again.... I ordered 2 tacos with my order and when I got home there was no tacos. This younger generation doesn't concentrate when peopleorder food. I will never go back there again!! Me and my friend have arrived around 3:25pm we had a coupon for a free jumbo jack that she got from the Aces ball game .We asked... them three times if they only put the free one on the order because it showed that we ordered 3 jumbo jacks they didn’t wantto listen to when we asked for the one free hamburger. We pulled up to the window gave them the coupon and got one of thehamburgers off and then the total was $20.05 and we realized that they charged us for the other two hamburgers that we didn’twant/asked for. The cashier at the window had a poor attitude when serving us as well. In all over our experience at this jackin the box was one of the worst.
