Extremely poor customer service. Was told 20-25 mins. Ok I get that things happen and they are busy. It's now been over 30 mins,... no update, bad looks my direction employees not working. Rude reposnes when I simply ask how the order is going. Only 2 peoplein lobby eating. Will never come back to this location again and will tell everyone I know not to do the same. I had ordered the night before for pickup. I arrived to the location and even included a tip just to find out my order hasn?t... even started yet. Gentlemen with long hair gave an excuse that they had a large party in the morning, but when I got there at3:20pm there wasn?t really anyone inside.
