Customer service really needs to be addressed in this location. 5 employees upon walking in on a Sunday morning & not a one... greeted us! We waited for at least 10 minutes before we were greeted & our order taken. We got our coffees & then had to waitfor about another 10 minutes as they forgot our sandwiches we ordered. I have very picky tastebuds, so almost every of my fav. drinks recipes' here are modified with at least 4-5 ingredients. Which... is so easy to just order ahead in the app, pick up, and good to go. Had an issue with the Starbucks app that made it impossiblefor me to order ahead today. I thought it was going to be a hassle going in to order in person like it has happened before withthem messing up the drink order more than once but I was surprised today they weren't as busy as I expected it to be since inwas 12:23pm.
