Eric's is hands down the best deli in Sparta. Eric and Alexis are awesome and make you feel like family. The sandwich's are top... notch and they have a great variety of drinks and chips as well. You always get your monies worth as any sandwich you get couldbe a meal for two people! My personal favorite, get a buffalo chicken cheesesteak with cheddar and ranch in a wrap, its nextlevel good. Recently back in town and re-discovering things. Stopped in here because they were open early and grabbed an everything bagle... with a large coffee. On my second trip, same gentleman behind the counter greets me and asks if I'd like the same again. By the3rd time in he says he's got it down now. Nice people. Great bagels and coffee.
