Waited a long time to be seated. The waitress was very rude and couldn't hardly understand what we were saying. Then they turned... up the music really loud while we were waiting on our orders. Almost no customers Saturday night at 6...My wife said her food smelled bad (she knows food) and although she was VERY hungry... barely touched it, instead stealing my fries (on a separate plate). I have been very disappointed with the restaurant over the last few weeks. I have been a very regular customer, ordering at... least twice a week, for close to 2 years. In the last few weeks the food that I have received has been disappointing to say theleast. I order the same thing every time, the LUNCH chef special #6 with no tomatoes and the cheese on the side, I say it justlike that. I have been ordering this for over a year. I never had a problem until there was a change in staff. The attitude thatI have received from the lady who has rung up my order is ridiculous. My first encounter with her was after I called in anorder. I know I ordered the lunch portion, yet she tried to charge me for the dinner portion. At 12:30pm, lunch time. Just todaymyself and a few friends placed an order at 12, LUNCH TIME, and she charged us for dinner portions (we received lunch portions)and out of 5 orders 2 were made wrong. The lady at the register argued with us about the order mistakes before another, muchnicer lady came over and asked what the problem was and fixed it. The open sign was on so we went in. There were 2 people sitting in a booth they told us to sit anywhere. While we waited, we... used the bathroom which there was no soap or toilet paper. When we came out we tried to get at least menus. We were then told bythe same 2 people that told us to have a seat, everyone was on break. When we asked how long, we were then told an hour.
