Honestly, I did not want to score this restaurant because the service was that bad! We had a group lunch and decided to visit II... Samuels because we heard about how great the food was, we were also advised that the service was a little slow and with 12people at lunch time we definitely expected a slight delay. However, not only did we wait an hour for our food, once receivedwas COLD!!! One person's burger was undercooked, the fries were cold, other had cold pizza and my salmon was also cold. I?mcertain the waitress heard us complaining, but not once did she apologize or try to make things right. I would have walked out,had we not already waited an HOUR and I had time to get food from elsewhere. I am so disappointed! I'm not mad about the wait,but to wait an HOUR and then receive cold food! That is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I, nor any of the 11 other people in my party, willEVER return and we will not be recommending this place to others. Read more

Horrible service. Our food took more than hour, our waitress NEVER came back to us to explain why or to apologize for the wait.... Food was cold, almost uneatable.
