I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app for wings and a Supreme thin crust. The pizza does not resemble any of the advertising... photos nor does it match the quality ingredients that I am used to getting on my pizzas. As evidenced by the pictures the wingsjust were not up to standard. I have ordered from this location a LOT and have never had any issues in the past. The wing mostlikely had the skin stick to the side of the basket while cooking and unfortunately the basket kept that juicy morsel. Ireached out to the Sales Manager and he confirmed that this was in fact what most likely did happen and that it should not havebeen served and that they wanted to make it right. Pizza arrived at room temp not very hot. Pizza was all twisted and smashed into itself. Of course I filled out the survey and no... followed up with my issues. The new pasta is not as good as the old one. When it?s served hot I?m sure it?s better. Read more

Every time we have placed an order via the mobile app, the pizza we receive is wrong. Last night was no different. We ended up... ordering 1 meat lovers pizza with stuffed crust and an add on of black olives and received just a normal meat lovers pizza. Ithad to be remade and we had to go home with two pizzas, one of which was not right. This isn't the first time this has happened. Read more
