Customer service a little lacking in my opinion. Food was less than average even for fast food; ribs chewy, not tender. Boneless... wings seemed to have been sitting. The food was amazing! We've been here multiple times and it's always good and super fast. The young, short woman taking orders... is about as rude as you can possibly be though. You can feel the tension she creates while waiting for your order. Read more

I finally made it to Shane's Rib Shack today, and it was worth it. My first and only complaint is they burned my mouth! I... ordered the Cowboy burger and it's the first burger I've had in a very long time that was so fresh the meat actually burned mymouth a little...Hats off to making fresh hot food again! The fries were piping hot and well salted (which apparently is sinthese days) My wife had the hot wings and she liked them very much as well as the friend okra. I teased the girl at the counterabout the "homemade" peach cobbler and that it better be good...well, it was. Thanks for the nice meal. I'll try the BBQ nexttime! Read more
