Always a pleasure eating here, the staff are efficient and friendly. Rolls are always warm and fresh out and the butter spread... it absolutely delicious! Bailee was our server and really did a fantastic job, she took our order and made sure everything cameout perfectly and accounted for, kept our drinks full and made sure we were happy throughout the entire dining experience. Ifyou get her, tip well, she deserves it. Kitchen did fantastic, all our food came out perfectly prepared as ordered, and tasteddelicious. I loved every bite. If I could give negative stars I would… I’ve never in my life had so many things forgotten. First off what is country fried... steak without gravy ? Cause they forgot that on both orders. Second we had two LOADED baked potatoes and neither had anything onthem so we had to eat them dry. Third how do you forget bacon on BACON cheese fries ? Fourth they didn’t put the rice on mysteak medallions that comes on a bed of rice…. Fifth they didn’t give us any butter for the rolls who wants to eat a dryrolls ? And yes there’s more I specifically asked for ranch with the fried pickles and guess what they forgot the ranch whichI normally wouldn’t care about but they were so dry you couldn’t even taste the pickle. You can’t tell me this wasn’tintentional. 1 or two things I can understand but this much ? I’ve been a faithful customer we eat here every week but we willbe finding a new place this is unbelievable. Took my daughter, & her best friend last night, for her 12th Birthday. Their first time ever @ TXRH. I put us on the wait list... because it was Saturday night, which is so easy to do online. It's not a reservation, but helps with the wait time. We hadplenty of time to get there & only waited about 20 minutes & the place was PACKEDDDDD @ 7 P.M. On the busy days, be sure tocheck your wait times online. The staff was SUPER nice despite being slammed! We got our text to come inside & was greeted bysomeone to seat us with a hot, fresh basket of rolls & that AMAZING ????! Shortly after being seated out server came took ourdrink order & our order for an onion blossom, which was phenomenal! ??????????. We didn't wait long for our meal. They didforget the bacon for the cheeseburger but brought it back out asap! My steak was thick & juicy. Very flavorful. Someone cookedme a great mid rare ???? Only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they no longer come to the table to sing "HappyBirthday" ???????? Had looked forward to doing that for my daughter for the first time. Food was all delicious, hot & fresh.Server was awesome. Kept our drinks filled, which is important to 2 teenagers , per table conversation ????
