Went to this Wendy's today. Go in the drive thru and ordered my food to a nice young lady and she took my order and it was fine.... Get to the window and the woman at the window is not lady that took my order she is the person that hands the food out. She tookmy card and gave it back. She looked higher than a kit in a tornado. Also she gave me my food with no napkins and no spoon toeat my frosty. So I ask for a napkin and spoon she hands me a napkins but no spoon so I said the heck with it I will go inside.I was walking in the restaurant when there was to workers out there smoking/vaping at the front door and walk way. And blowingsmoke all over guest coming in. Never again will I eat at this Wendy's when working up here in Spartanburg. Worst service ever. Read more
This Wendy?s is very well managed. The workers there at the time were very kind and helpful. I went to order at the kiosk and... the gentleman at the cash register offered to take my order. He was very helpful as was everyone else there. The food was freshand correct, the store was clean and updated. And they have the nice window room that?s Wendy?s use to have! Would recommend. According to the website, this location opened at 6:30. At 7:05 I pull up to the drive thru and waited several minutes. No one... came over the intercom to speak at all. I finally drove up to the window. After a worker seeing me and turning her back, anotherperson walked up 2 minutes later. I asked if they were open that their website indicated they were. She turned to ask the personwho ignored me to check. She asked if I could give them 10 mins. that they were short staffed. I understand that these dayspeople are not wanting to work, however that doesn't mean that you ignore customers. I was the only person not an employee thereand they had been "opened" for 30 mins already. I have worked in the food industry and so has all 3 of my adult children. Iunderstand the frustration that goes with people calling out and so forth but there is no excuse for being rude by ignoringpeople. Read more
This is probably the nastiest Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. Nobody was cleaning up! From the bathrooms, the lobby, dead flies and... nats everywhere. Floors were filthy. They definitely need someone to help keep this store in order. Cashier wasn?t politeeither. Read more
