Horrible workers. Ordered on the app. Food not ready and they didn?t have a ticket. Showed them the order. I went next door to... the store and they decide to quit making my food since I left. Very bad service yesterday. I ordered 14 subs and they refused to identify each sandwich. Usually I have a good experience, but not this last time. It starts with me walking in and them helping other guests, not the... fact that they are helping guests, they are excessively making convo when they ring out the customer making me sit there andwait, then when they get to me I order, they make the entire order and then I am ready to pay. I had my card out the entire timeand they could see it and then at the very end, when the food is done and all, then tell me their wifi has been down all day andthey don't know if it'll go through (it didnt). So I couldn't pay. So let's review. I'm a busy person, I have things to do. Whynot start off the conversation with "hey, our wifi has been down all day so it might not work if you're paying with card"instead of assuming every single person is using cash. This is 2022, most people use card. If you would've started the wholething with your wifi being down, I'd be cool because I could've walked out and not wasted my time.
