A non profit restaurant providing immigrant chefs a chance to share their food and culture in the inland northwest? What a... concept!!! I have been able to try new food from all over the world and it has been some of the best food I've ever had. Period.This place allows you to do good simply by eating good. We stopped in here today for a quick bite to eat. As soon as we walked in the smell wafted around us in a glorious fashion,... making us all the more excited to try what they had to offer. I had never eaten Ethiopian food before, but I have to say I wasquite impressed! Everything was amazingly delicious! As we were finishing up the chef came out to greet us.
