Ordered family size pasta and salad. Showed up to pick up and was informed they had voided the order because they were too... busy. He thought the app they use would notify me. I’ve received delays from orders here before why not delay? I’mnotified of delays. I understand restaurants get busy and it’s stressful but cancelling an order instead of delaying feelswrong. If you cancel an order and you “think” the person may be notified even if busy call because you don’t know forcertain. He actually looked at the message I got to see what it said. It said the order would be ready the time I was there. Then he clicked on the link that prompts downloading the app. He didn’t hit install. Next time also just apologize if theperson shows up don’t act indignant and that because the app screwed up my frustration should be directed there. Finally,don’t tell the customer there is nothing you can do. But I can place the same order now and that’ll be ready in 45 minutesto an hour. The person whose order you cancelled rather than delayed does not want to wait that hour at your restaurant. Icalled my wife outside the restaurant to figure out what to do for the kids and tell her what happened. When I came home sheshowed me other reviewers who experienced the same thing. Fix this ferrantes and at the very least start calling people whenyou cancel an order you’re handling this terribly. Read more

ok this has happen two times now and we are done with this place. you and your family put in a order for a big dinner but they... are to busy to fill your order so they cancel it. but it tells you when to pick your order up. it does not tell you theycanceled your order until you go pick up the order. now you have no food after waiting there time frame to pick it up. theyjust tell you tough luck not there problem. I would rank this place in customer service a -100. I hope everyone stops goinghere. thank you Read more
