Horrible customer service. Sloppy cold food. The employees are not good at their job and are super rude to customers. They gave... use ice cold burgers and then gave us attitude when we asked for fresh burgers. Nobody goes out for fast food for a cold burger.I will not be coming back here after this. We ordered Jack last week from the Market/Empire location and I've been so upset I'm just now getting to the review. We ordered... through Grub Hub, the wrong order was delivered after we waited entirely too long. No big deal we thought, we'll just call themand get our correct order sent out. I called and no answer. I thought wow, they must be really busy. I called a couple moretimes and left messages. Still nothing. Then our calls started getting ignored and weren't ringing through. This JIB is a joke. Won?t do anything and close doors but have people ?working? inside. So people who order from Uber Eats and... I'm a huge fan of the simple 2 Tacos...which use to be $0.99, now $1.79 - $1.95 out the Drive Thru Window. This location...best... in town for the simple 2 Taco order. Plenty of Hot Sauce Packets too! Nice Job Hillyard! Read more
