I was in a line at the drive thru. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Maybe a shift change?? It was pitch black in the... line, and no outside lights were on. I informed the cashier at the window there were no lights on ...even the KFC sign wasblack, and you couldn't read the menu outside either. Normally I have a great experience, but this time it?s like no one was paying attention. I was standing there for about 5 min... why everyone just kept walking by even tho they seen me. Then when I order I asked for a famous bowl no corn, chicken OTS andextra cheese. They didn?t do any of it chicken was in the bowl and they didn?t even ring me up for a combo so I had to pay forthe drink separate. I tried to call a couple of times but no one is answering.
