This McDonald's was better before the remodeling. I went last week ordered a cheeseburger and well done fries. Cheeseburger was... barely warm. Fries were great! I went this week. ALMOST SAME EXACT SCENARIO. Oh but this time the burger had all the nastycrispy stuff from not scraping the grill....and barely warm. They had me park in a spot. Was visiting Spokane from Canada...a few first's for me at a McDonald's hearing employee's swearing and yelling in the back for... one??? usually McDonalds is pretty professional. Wanted to stop and see the newly renovated McDonalds.????. It was awful. Staff was rude. I ask for a sausage and egg biscuit... sandwich and got a biscuit sandwich with no eggs on it. I ask for butter and jam. The butter was so cold and hard that I had tothrow it away because it never did melt enough to spread.The restaurant was cold. Seriously. And the new interior is cold. Came thru drive thru today. Waited 5 min in line. When I got to the window, we were asked to park in the wait area. Sat there... another 5 min. Had ordered a Big Mac, a cheese burger and 2 small fries. Burgers were ice cold. Fries were hot. Read more
