MOD South Hill is a great place. The young staff is nice, hard-working, and helpful. Last summer I went to the location several... times, until they showed me how to win rewards with the app. Last time, I forgot to claim my receipt and when I requested acopy, they gave me 3 receipts. Ordered pizzas through Uber eats. The receipts indicate what we ordered. But, that ain't what we ordered. We absolutely did not... order a pizza covered in chicken, as we are vegetarian. Called MOD pizza - "it's not our fault, even though it's ourresponsibility to give the correct pizzas to the Uber driver". Okay. So, you are responsible, but you're not. Terrible customer service. Called because we made an UberEats order and the driver dropped the order for some reason. Apparently... Mod threw away our food because the driver hadn?t picked it up by closing even though the order was put in over an hour beforeclosing and wasn?t ready for pickup until right before then. That part is an inconvenience but the person who answered the phoneat Mod was so rude about it when we just wanted to know what we?re supposed to do from there since we didn?t get any fooddelivered.
