A standard Panera restaurant, this one had a pretty short wait time even with their very busy drive in. Good was standard which... was good, though the French onion soup was very below average and about half the size I've gotten at other Paneras, but stillpassable. I tried the Baja Bowl with chicken and wouldn't recommend it, really. (It wasn't bad, but everything else I've had atPanera has been far better.) I don't mean to be harsh but I have had it w/this location b/c of this: I am well traveled so I know what the business owners of... Penera Bread expect from their employees and for the customers even though I do not know the owners...the Division location inSpokane WA isn't it: This location on Division is a nightmare for me where the location in the Valley is the opposite; theDivision location has way too many issues and I will elaborate only on my awful experiences. The odd thing is the prices areinconsistent for a bloody cup of tea. I order a small and get a large cup and I get charged more too. Let me not forget tomention the rude greetings...these employees act like they are allergic to a spectrum of emotions and when employees are rude tome when I am polite it kills my day and I don't want to be in the present. I keep asking for regular creamer b/c they keepputting out more than one selection of diet creamers. Unlike, the location in the Valley, this is not an issue. Today, I made amistake buying soup, hot tea, and coming here period b/c I get charged for a large cup, my soup looks nothing like the image andit's only liquid, and the size of a cat dish...nothing even close to the image. My tea tasted gross b/c I was forced to use dietcreamer - creamer helps w/the bitterness in tea but only regular creamer can do that. The bread that came w/the soup was hard asa rock, not edible! Ordered online for a business meeting - coffee, scones, bagels and cream cheese. They forgot the scones and the cream cheese... so no one ate the bagels. When I called I was told it wasn't their problem that I needed to take it up with the deliveryservice. The delivery service picked up the bags that were packed and said it wasn't their issue. Won't order from Paneraagain - very sad customer service at the North Division store. Read more

Aside from the food being ?good?, the customer service severely lacks from average standards. During a dinner rush, the... employees did not have a sense of urgency to push out orders and were often joking in the kitchen.
