#1 all glasses for tea held on top, not sides. Had to go ask for one drink not delivered. Pork was tough, hard to cut and tasted... stale. No refills of Tea offered. Dishes piled up. Not removed before check. Asked for small box for one salad not eaten. Shebought large box. Asked her to take my card to pay, she pointed back to the cashier station. Last visit there was a Saturday A.Mbreakfast. Lovely service and food , so suggested to stop tonight for an informal early dinner. Was pleased to see a childreneat free sign. Our child was charged! Unfortunately we were super disappointed after taking out of town family here. Arrived Thurs. 5:30pm. left 2 long hours later.... About only 8-10 tables full, many empty/dirty, long waits, 1 server. Terrible food. Everything pre-packaged and frozen/reheatedor over fried. Not made fresh. Fish, shrimp, fries were the worse I've ever been served in a restaurant. Way over priced for theproduct. 3 stars only for the GM who eventually showed up to help our server. The two of them were pleasant. Read more
Good food and super friendly staff. Don't believe Google hours- they are open!!! Our food was hot and delicious and we also got... their pineapple upside down muffins. Those were the best part- super huge and delicious! Next time we're in Spokane, we are forsure stopping in. Read more
My we waitress did the best she could with the timing and lack of support, I entered the building at about 7:30 and didn't get... service until 12 minutes later. I kept hearing the Manager's mouth but NO help! Not the first time I've experienced this withpoor Management, but no help here. The Manager was at the Check-Out Register, also not understanding my easy to read ticket. Shewas sure that I was getting a HUGE deal, but really it was easy Math per their Specials. I can't even imagine how difficult itmust be to work for this Lady when it ACTUALLY gets busy. Read more

They were training several young new employees, so there was a little struggle happening in the background, but service was... quick and the food was great. Our waitress actually asked if any of us were vets, and all 3 of us were, so she applied adiscount. I haven't been asked that question in an establishment in years and i always feel bad asking for a military discountso i don't. But it was very nice that she thought to ask. Read more
