My friends and I enjoy coming downtown to hit the breweries after work on Fridays. This is one of our favorite places to go! ... Excellent beer, great staff and nice relaxing atmosphere. If you have not been yet, and enjoy beer, I highly recommend givingRiver City a shot. You will not be disappointed! Added bonus is the parking right next door! Read more
Fun little microbrewery with exceptional service and great beer. We visited for the first time and we able to talk through the... whole menu and each find flights to suit our tastes. Huckleberry Ale... Best beer I've ever had. Ever since college days at U of I I've been in love with this beer. Not heavy at... all. Refreshing and has the aroma and after taste of huckleberry. Delicious! Passing through town I HAD to get some as I live 2hours away and CANNOT find it here locally. Got a couple of growlers full as someone bought out all of their cans that day(understandable). I wish I had this on tap at home! As for the building.. small but welcoming. Had a tasting room vibe.
