I would like to say that this particular Sherry's gave me such a great experience. Even though they were understaffed their... service was so amazing and they were trying to stay as positive as possible, and anytime that I have gone I have never had a badexperience here. I'm also super thankful for them being open so late because literally no other place in Spokane stays open past9:00 and it's so irritating cuz a lot of people work the night shift and they just want to get off their shift and have a nicehot meal for them just like anybody else. The point being is that the food has never been bad either and I thoroughly enjoyShari's and yes while it's slightly more expensive I have no problem paying their prices for how great I feel when I leave. I'llalways come back to this Sherry's because it's a great place to dine in! Read more
Sherries on Division is officially a no go, for now. The staff had one server, one cook, one float that helped with cook and... dishes. The waitress said all other staff called out, since re-opening 250 employees have came and left. She was concerned withmy teenagers and spoke about the shooting (that I never new happened) that same morning in the park. I witnessed her pull amemosa that she by mistake delivered to the wrong table, pick it up after about 10 minutes and deliver to the right table I’mwhich that guest said make a new one. Our food was served and by the time we got the condiments of ketch up Mayo that wasrequested with blue cheese the burger was ice cold. The food was not quality and the waitress was overwhelmed. If you have threeemployees why stay open you can’t even take appropriate breaks! They all looked miserable and emotional! The wait time was 39minutes when we were told 20. Aug 27, 2022 The cook manager, and waitress acknowledged that there is 1 waitress and no other servers or cooks showed up! I... witnessed the waitress deliver a mimosas to the wrong table. 5-10 minutes later the customer who ordered the mimosa spoke up.The waitress removed the mimosa from table 1 to deliver to the actual table. I asked if they still had cinnamon rolls. The waitress said that they did and in fact they had some fresh ones. So I ordered... one. The roll I ended up getting was NOT fresh. In fact was both dry and hard. My waitress did take it off my check. I do nothave any complaints about the wait staff. All were friendly and helpful. Read more
